Children’s Portraits
Children seem to change in a blink of the eye! It seems we take fewer photographs of them as they get older. I like to get natural expressions and real smiles from sitters.
I take time to get to know them, talk about their likes, hobbies, music, football, pets, anything but computer games! Maybe play a silly game.
They are welcome to bring a change of outfit or props that show their likes and personality.

HOW LONG IS THE PHOTO SHOOT?
I allocate an hour for most photo sessions which gives time for everyone to relax so I can get natural smiles.
WHAT SHOULD THEY WEAR?
I like to see children in smart casual wear, something that shows their personality. You are welcome to bring a selection of outfits and make sure one is what the child wants to wear!
SHOULD I BRING ANYTHING ELSE?
A favourite toy or teddy may help them relax. I am always happy to include most pets. Feel free to bring anything that tells their story.
