Name and contact details, including address, email and telephone number.

Demographic information, such as postcode, preferences, interests and hobbies.

Other information relevant to your photoshoot such as names and ages of children.

Why we collect this information

We need basic personal data in order to provide you with information about photography services, to understand your needs and provide you with a better service. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

From time to time we may also use your information for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone or mail.

We may use your name and email address to inform you of our future offers and similar products. This information is not shared with any third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via phone, email, or our website.

What we do with your data

We will retain the data on our Customer Database, unless you ask us not to. All the personal data is processed by staff in the UK , however we do use 3rd party programs including a customer database, website and online viewing system, all of whom are GDPR compliant and whose data archives are based in locations within Europe.

No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law or our contract with you allows them to do so.

To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put into place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

How long we keep your data

We will retain digital copies of the photographs we have taken, unless you ask us not to, or for a length of time stated in our contract with you. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

Controlling your personal information

You may choose to restrict the collection or use or your personal information .

If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes you may change your mind at any time by writing to us or emailing linda@momentintime.co.uk

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Your rights

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact linda@momentintime.co.uk who will investigate the matter.

If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law you can complain to Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
